Our client lives on a quiet street in the beautiful seaside town of Rye, on the Mornington Peninsula. Rye spans both Port Phillip Bay to the north and Bass Strait to the south. Initially, the client intended to renovate the existing home on the property and extend. However, the decision was made to clear the site and design and build a new custom home.
