Our client lives in a quiet street in Rye, a beautiful town on the Mornington Peninsula. Rye is a seaside village that spans both Port Phillip Bay to the north and Bass Strait to the south. Initially, the client intended to renovate the existing home on the property and extend. However, the decision was made to clear the site for the design and build of a new custom home.
Project Details
A flat roof bungalow style home was designed to perfectly sit in the seaside environment. The new home features:

- Stunning blackbutt timber floors & cladding
- Chef style kitchen with stone benchtops
- A stylish corner window at the front of the home
- Cedar eaves
- Fully appointed family bathroom
- A custom made study nook
- A sun-filled living space with large windows and a skylight
- Three bedrooms, including an extra large master suite
